1. Scope of Use

Tawqi3i platform provides Application Programming Interfaces (API's) to enable customers or technical partners to integrate electronic signature, document management, and workflow services into their internal systems or applications, in accordance with these Terms.

​​2. License

​​​​

Tawqi3i grants the user a license that is:

​

• Limited.

• Non-exclusive.

• Non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

​​

To use the APIs solely for the agreed purposes and for operating the services within the user’s environment, without any right to resell, make available, or exploit the APIs for the benefit of any third party, unless expressly agreed in writing in advance.

3. Prohibited Restrictions​

​

The user shall not:

​

• Resell or re-offer Tawqi3i APIs as a standalone service.

• Use the APIs to develop a competing or substitute product.

• Misuse the APIs in violation of applicable laws or in a manner that harms the platform.

• Circumvent or exceed established technical or security limits.

​4. Intellectual Property

​

• All intellectual property rights related to the APIs, technical documentation, source code, and infrastructure shall remain the exclusive property of Tawqi3i.

• Nothing herein shall be construed as granting the user any ownership rights or any implied license beyond what is expressly stated.

5. Access Keys and Security

​​

• The user bears full responsibility for safeguarding API keys and access credentials.

• Any use conducted through the user’s API keys shall be deemed authorized use by the user.

• The user shall promptly notify Tawqi3i upon becoming aware of any suspected security breach or unauthorized use.

6. Technical Limits and Fair Use

​

Tawqi3i reserves the right to:

​

• Enforce usage limits (rate limits)

• Regulate the number of requests or data volume

• Modify technical specifications as required for operational or security reasons

• provided that such actions do not materially impair the core service.

7. Data Protection

​

• The user shall use the APIs in compliance with Tawqi3i’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

• Personal Data shall be processed solely for the purpose of providing the service and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

8. Legal Compliance

​

When using the APIs, the user shall comply with:

​

• Applicable Jordanian laws.

• The Electronic Transactions Law.

• Any relevant regulations or instructions issued by competent authorities.

9. Suspension and Termination

​

• Tawqi3i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the APIs, without liability, in the event of a breach of these Terms or where security or legal risks are identified.

10. No Warranty

​

The APIs are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to:

​

• Availability or uninterrupted operation.

• Compatibility with the user’s systems.

• Absence of technical errors or defects.

11. Governing Law

​

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
